It’s a bit of a jigsaw puzzle with six different blocks picked, fermented and matured separately and then blended. From the first sniff it is obvious all the pieces fitted together perfectly. Aromas of cashew and creamy melon with a ripe nectarine and peachy character evident. The palate offers stacks of fruit intensity, harnessed with a mix of French and Austrian hogsheads. A savoury minerally finish completes an excellent wine. Points: 95/100
