Mixed berries, vibrant/savoury mid palate, dark chocolate and dusty French oak.

Estate grown fruit, early morning harvest, co-fermented with viognier. 14 months new French oak. Hand selected parcels.
Vintage Notes
Classic cool climate with ample rainfall and cold temperatures. A sunny and dry autumn with slow and even ripening resulted in low sugars.
