On the lees in stainless steel tanks for approximately 4 months.
Appearance
Brilliant, clear, straw yellow with a red shimmer.
Palate
Medium bodied, quite rich, fruity,
spicy, fresh, dry.
Vinification
Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a small part in contact with stems and skins.
Cellaring Potential
1-2 years.
Food Matching
Starters (both fish or meat), pates and terrines,
fish and shellfish, poultry, white meats and mushrooms.
Region Notes
Rocky and sandy soil with a high concentration of limestone. Selected vineyard sites in the southern part of the Alto Adige appellation, 230 - 420m above sea level.
