Slightly aromatic, pronounced bouquet, fruity (melon, peach), spicy, mineral.
Maturation
On the lees, partly in lark casks and party in stainless steel tanks (approximately 9 months).
Appearance
Straw-yellow with a red shimmer.
Palate
Rich, lively, fresh, fruity, dry.
Vinification
Spontaneous ferment. Interplay between different components: partly classic vinification, partly short skin contact and extended time on the lees and partly whole cluster vinification.
Cellaring Potential
2-6 years.

Starters, pts and terrines, cold meat, all kinds of fish and seafood, white meat and poultry.
