Tasting Notes

Aroma

Dried fruits characters are combined with hints of caramel, toffee, nuts, soft vanilla and dried spice with well integrated spirit.

Appearance

Deep yellow-gold colour with slight coppery hues.

Palate

Intense, richly flavoured palate that is not as sweet as the name suggests. Great length of flavour with an enjoyable finish warmed by alcohol and an edge of sweetness.

    Another vibrant and fresh wine, here halfway between what used to be called Amontillado and Oloroso respectively; it has an almost juicy finish that is totally beguiling. Points: 90/100
