Pale straw with aromas of white peach, green apple and citrus fruits with hints of crème fraîche, struck flint, crushed seashells, clover blossom, almond meal and a wisp of struck match. Bright and tangy on the palate with a good draw of flavour, a touch of pithy texture, pure stone and citrus tones and some appealing tension and flinty detail. It's a lovely drink indeed.
