Lifted fresh cherry and wild raspberry.

Appearance

Brilliant rose petal in colour.

Palate

The palate has a succulence that flows the whole palate through. Ripe red fruit envelops the flavour profile; however, a savoury thread ensures that this complements many a first course. Delicious.

Vinification

44% whole bunch, 56% destemmed grapes fermented in open top stainless steel tanks.

Vintage Notes

Warm, early spring with occasional large rainfall followed by a long, dry summer. Fantastic.

    Fragrant bouquet, blueberry, cracked black pepper with beautiful articulation of white flowers. Medium body, hint of toasty vanillin, very good freshness, fine grained tannins displayed, beautiful balance, pitch and excellent length. Still elemental but is already looking very fine. 96+ Points: 96/100
