Aroma
Elevated aromas of citrus blossom, green mango and citrus zest.
Appearance
Pale straw with a light green hue.
Palate
A lovely combination of bright fresh acidity, supple textural phenolics
from the addition of Semillon and intensity of flavour creates a beautifully
balanced wine from a classic vintage. Citrus and tropical notes flow from the
nose and are expressed beautifully, a fresh lingering finish.
Range Notes
Five Tales is the name of the ongoing story of the Credaro Family Estate. It’s
all about One Family that traces its history through Two Countries, and the
legacy that was started by Three Italians, Olympio, Cesaré and Maria. Now
the family is in its Fourth Generation and tends to Five Vineyards in WA’s
south-west. The story is still unfolding.
