How do I update my details?
Head to My Account. You can change or update your Account Details, including name, phone number, password and email address on this page. Still having trouble? Contact our customer service team on 1300 405 152.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, go to My Account / Edit Password. Or follow the 'forgotten your password?' instructions on the 'Login' page.
Can I buy products in bulk at wholesale pricing?
Our prices are low, they are created exclusively for our friends and family to enjoy. For that reason, we ask that purchases made are exclusively for the enjoyment of our friends and family and it is a condition of sale that you do not on-sell any wine. We reserve the right to reject any orders which are not for personal use.
My products arrived damaged. How should I contact you?
Oh no! If any part of your order is damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact our Customer Service team on 1300 405 152 and include a photograph of your damaged items and we will organise an exchange or refund.
What are my delivery options?
We ship nationally within Australia*. Delivery times and prices vary depending on your location. Please review at the checkout:

- $12.50 Flat Fee
- Free when you spend $200 or more per order
Delivery Timings:
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 1-2 days for processing time.
VIC Metro - 3-7 business days from date of dispatch.
VIC Regional - 5-7 business days from date of dispatch.
NSW, QLD, SA, TAS & ACT - 5-10 business days from date of dispatch.
WA - 10-14 business days from date of dispatch.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE when you spend $200 or more in one order!
Or a $12.50 flat fee for all other orders.
We recommend buying in bulk and saving those pennies for more wine.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order, but with wines as good as these you'll struggle to pick just one!
