Range Notes
These wines represent vineyard and varietal combinations which are recognised for excellence from South Australia's cool climate growing regions. We aim for nothing but the highest standards of quality for these small batch wines, drawing on our exceptional fruit sources and our skilled and experienced winemaking team. Pinot Noirs traditional home is Burgundy in eastern France. Temperamental to grow and thin skinned, Pinot prefers cool climates like the Adelaide Hills where is thrives. So, its expensive as well as somewhat risky to make. Challenging but definitely worth the trouble.
Region Notes
This wine is a regional blend of fruit from the Southern Adelaide Hills (Kuitpo) and Northern Adelaide Hills (Gumeracha).
