Tasting Notes

Maturation

Barrel aged for 9 months in 99% French oak barrels, 18% new.

Palate

This elegant wine has rich notes of wild strawberries, cherries and plums, with bright acidity, smooth silky tannins and hint of smoky and toast from the oak barrel aging.

Vinification

We hand select grapes from our best estate vineyards and then monitor, taste and hand-hold each individual lot throughout the winemaking process. Each lot is kept separate, barrel-aged and craftedboutique winery style.

Region Notes

Anderson Valleys combination of warm sunny days and cool foggy nights and mornings allow the grapes to mature slowly and express the truest characteristics of Pinot Noir. Our high elevation, coastal vineyards create a Pinot Noir with rich red fruit, subtle earthy notes and a balanced, silky mouthfeel.
