A juicy and yet lightly waxy, just shy of medium-bodied white wine, which fits the bill. So too the green pear, the tonic water characters, the touch of kohlrabi and tarragon herb characters. A freshness shot through the wine, a cool, herbal finish. Really delicious overall. Points: 93/100
