Our delicious dry Rieslings evolve beautifullly over the years, retaining freshness and balance. In the winery, we seek to translate the balance and vibrance of the fruit to the wines - using minimal intervention winemaking techniques to ensure that the wine reflects the geology, climate and location of our vineyard, in a true preservation of Terroir.

Region Notes

The Riesling vines were our first plantings in 1978, high on the Lake George escarpment, 30km from Canberra , and 40 rewarding vintages have amply demonstrated the match of this great variety to our site.

    Subtle aromas of lime leaf, lime juice and sweet spices invite you in. The palate is heavy on the lime accents, it's nervy and finer-boned. A touch shy in its youth, this needs time to settle into its framework. It has a lot of promise. Points: 90/100
