Man O’ War Pinque Rosé 2022

Our Pinque Ros is harvested from selected coastal vineyards on Waiheke and Ponui Islands. These steep low yielding dry farmed vines produce grapes that are wonderfully ripe in flavour at relatively low sugar resulting in a fruit driven light bodied wine. The fruit is all hand harvested and champagne pressed for a long press cycle aimed at producing the lightest freshest juice with the least amount of tannin as possible. The juice is settled and racked clean for cool fermentation with selected yeasts and then filtered and bottled in the winter.
