Aroma
Undeniably Savvy B, through and through. Bursting with vibrancy, it shows
bold tropical notes that jump straight from the glass - juicy passionfruit,
tangy lime, and a lift of fresh peach blossom.
Palate
The palate is alive with zippy
lemon-lime curd, balanced by bright acidity and a delicate grassy, herbal
nuance. Super refreshing, crisp, and dry, it’s built for easy drinking and
endless enjoyment. Perfumed, tropical, crisp.
Vinification
Harvested at night at 12.2–12.5 Beaumé from vineyards at varying stages of
ripeness, ensuring a full spectrum of varietal expression from herbaceous
to tropical. The fruit was chilled and crushed straight into the press, with
fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks at 12–18°C. The wine was
gently filtered before bottling.

Do you need to? Perhaps a rich ceviche with lots of coriander or for those
vegos out there, a stirfry greens with garlic, basil and chilli wouldn't go
astray!
