Fruit off three sites, three different winemaking techniques and three ageing vessels – ceramic, amphora and large-format oak – for 10 months. Most peculiar aromatics; it smells of wet cement, which is attractive, primary aromas too, all cherries and raspberries, with a hint of cola and warm spices. Compact and tight across the palate, savoury with precise tannins, raspberry-sorbet acidity and very appealing. It takes time to open, so decanting recommended, or pick a big glass and get swirling.
