Fruit comes off eight sites with 30% whole bunches in the ferment, a mix of extended maceration (up to two weeks) and pressed to French oak barriques, 25% new. It’s peppery, spicy and floral to start. Red and black plums, warm earth and tar, juicy and tangy aross the medium-bodied palate. Textural, grainy tannins and plenty of acidity keeping this buoyant and delicious. Points: 95/100
