    Raspberry and cranberry punch. With mixed fresh mint and some other sweet herbs. The flavours are more savoury than aromas, like pomegranate and ruby grapefruit. It has some yeasty deposit (undisgorged) but it’s a pretty squeaky-clean looking and tasting pet-nat otherwise. Fine, salty bubbles. It all works very well. Very well. Delicious and moreish. Points: 93/100
