All products on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, vAmici is an invite-only site for family and friends of Joval Wine Group. So, if you're reading this you've made the cut!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal as forms of payment. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express, direct deposit, cheques or money orders.
Where is my confirmation email?
Please check your junk mail email folder as your email provider may have flagged it as spam.
Alternatively, if you haven't received a confirmation email within 30 minutes of successfully placing your order, then you may have entered your email address incorrectly.

How do I update my details?

Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order, but with wines as good as these you'll struggle to pick just one!
I can't find a product I know I have purchased before. How can I find it?
This product may be out of stock, may not have been produced this vintage (if relating to wine) or may no longer be available. Please contact our Customer Service team on 1300 405 152 for more information.
Can I buy products in bulk at wholesale pricing?
Our prices are low, they are created exclusively for our friends and family to enjoy. For that reason, we ask that purchases made are exclusively for the enjoyment of our friends and family. It is a condition of sale that you do not on-sell any wine. We reserve the right to reject any orders which are not for personal use.

We ship nationally within Australia*. Delivery times and prices vary depending on your location. Please review at the checkout:
