Maturation
Immediately after racking, for 12 months in large oak 'botti'; a small amount in French oak barriques as well.
Palate
Full body, balance and concentration. Ripe fruit and spicy.
Vinification
In stainless steel. Skin contact maceration for 30 days.

Since 2017 vintage exclusively from a small selection of Barbera grapes coming from the oldest vines of our Family- owned Mosconi vineyard in Monforte dAlba. Fides, or faith in Latin, continues to represent the great longtime faith of our Family in the Barbera grapes planted and grown in very prestigious areas.
