Tasting Notes

Aroma

Very fresh and delicate nose, with notes of ripe red berries and hints of flowers, such as fresh violet.

Appearance

Lovely pale pink, light and bright.

Palate

The flavourful and attractive palate is well balanced, with a very pleasant freshness combined with an oily-fruity length.

Vinification

Grapes are night harvested, when temperatures are cooler, to protect the berries from oxidation. As soon as they arrive in the cellar, grapes are directly pressed at a controlled temperature of 10/15° C. Only the premium juices from the first press are used to craft this wine. The fermentation occurs at a low temperature, in stainless steel tanks. All the winemaking process is managed under an inert atmosphere, to avoid oxidation and preserve wine colour and aromatic potential. The wine stays on its fine lees 5 months before bottling.

Food Matching

Enjoy chilled with goat cheese salad, lobster roll, salmon Gravlax, grilled veal, or summer fruit salad.

Region Notes

The heart of Provence in southern France is known for its exceptional Mediterranean climate, rich history, and ideal growing conditions. This rosé is elegant, well-balanced, and fresh, beautifully expressing its Mediterranean origins. The combination of the natural environment, the skilled craftsmanship of our winemakers, and the unique terroir creates a rosé that stands out for its finesse and harmony.

From the south of France comes this luscious, creamy and absolutely delicious Rosé. Your eye is immediately drawn to the onion skin appearance - that colour I find so appealing in Rosé as opposed to the “on trend” and oversaturated “pale salmon” seen everywhere. A wine of interest and considered detail, think mandarin peel, white cherries, red apple, red currants and pears. Ribbons of creaminess flow about with ease as a faint dried herb presence creeps up late. Moreish and then some, pouring a second or third glass will be the easiest decision you’ll make all day. What a beauty! Points: 93/100

A blend of cinsault, grenache, rolle and syrah from the heart of Provence. The palest onion skin blush with copper tones. Five months on lees brings subtle texture to the fresh, vibrant palate. Floral notes, red berry hints, all delicately muted and beautifully presented. A classic example of Provence rosé. Points: 92/100

It’s finely scented on the nose with notes of cranberry, Gala apple, lemon peel, and oatmeal. The palate delivers elegant weight and delicate texture, beautifully framed by vibrant acidity, making it mouth-watering and persistent. At its best: now to 2027. Points: 93/100

Extreme pale, with a pretty white-topped strawberry like nose, the faintest of mints in the background. All very attractive in the opening stanza. And true to its promise, those aromas carry through to the palate, flavour notes alive and energised in familiar Provence style, with decent textural layering as well, some peppery spice in the finish. Mouthwatering - a lovely aperitif. Points: 93/100
