A subtle, pared-back, almost delicate style with aromas veering towards the savoury, which suits me fine. Sure, some citrus and white nectarine in the mix but more the feather-light, creamy, nutty lees and warm spices plus cleansing acidity. This will build more flavour in time but hard to resist now. Points: 90/100
