    Tasting this, and I’m already thinking of some roast duck to quell the acidity. An austere style; expect flavours of morello cherries, blood orange juice, Chinese five-spice and cardamon. Tangy and juicy, with a fine line of tannins leaving barely a mark. Points: 90/100
