Jane Faulkner
A mid-gold hue, yet bright. Lots of oak spices and sweet, cedary wood aromas and flavours infusing the lemon-lime fruits, some barely ripe white peach and green apple in the mix. The palate is tightly controlled by acidity; it’s vibrant and tangy yet some nutty, creamy lees add a necessary layer of texture. Good wine, needs food. Points: 92/100
