We ship nationally within Australia*. Delivery times and prices vary depending on your location. Please review at the checkout:

- Free when you spend $200 or more per order
Delivery Timings:
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 1-2 days for processing time.
VIC Metro - 3-7 business days from date of dispatch.
VIC Regional - 5-7 business days from date of dispatch.
NSW, QLD, SA, TAS & ACT - 5-10 business days from date of dispatch.
WA - 10-14 business days from date of dispatch.

Or a $12.50 flat fee for all other orders.
We recommend buying in bulk and saving those pennies for more wine.

I need my order for a specific date. What are my options?
We recommend that you place your order 10-14 business days before your big event at the very least, to ensure it arrives in time.
Where can I update my delivery address?
You can update your address on the My Accounts Page.
If you need to change your address after placing your order, please call Customer Service on 1300 405 152 within 20 minutes of placing your order to see if they can assist you with this.

In most cases, we are unable to make changes to items in your order once the order has been placed, however, please contact Customer Service and we'll see what we can do to help.
Do I need to be home when my delivery arrives?
If no one is going to be home, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office. You'll need to show proof of age ID at the post office to collect.
If a minor is the only person available to take receipt of your order, we will leave an Australia Post collection card and take your order to the nearest Australia Post Centre to await your collection.
Please note: We cannot deliver wine to a minor and so we reserve the right to request a valid ID as proof of age on delivery. If we ask, consider it a compliment!
It has been more than 10 business days and I haven't received my order. Where is my wine?
No one likes to wait for their wine! If it has been longer than 7-10 business days (depending on your location) please contact Customer Service on 1300 405 152 , we'll get to the bottom of it.

Where do you ship to?
We deliver nationwide to all states around Australia excluding dry zones and the Northern Territory.
We do not ship outside of Australia. For more information please check our T&Cs.
Do you deliver to Post Office boxes?
No. We can only deliver to residential or business addresses. If there are special circumstances, please contact Customer Service on 1300 405 152 to see if we can help.
