Whole-bunch pressed to French oak (20% new) for fermentation and maturation; 11 months on lees. Intrinsically Peninsula in style and mouth-watering acidity. Generous in stone fruit, lemon, quince, nougat, clotted cream with a hint of toasted nuttiness. Fills the mouth with flavour, clean and lively, with aforementioned acidity doing its job very well indeed. Don't over chill. Points: 92/100
