The wine spends up to four years under flor in oak barrels. The entry fee is very reasonable for such a wine. It meets in the middle between fino and amontillado sherry characters. Lots of sea spray, candle wax, green apple, grilled cashews and tonic water. Vibrant and crystalline in general feel, too. A very pleasing drink; salty and pitch perfect for snack time. Points: 93/100
