Markus Hüls apprenticed with Markus Molitor in Mosel before acquiring some vines of his own and starting this Domaine in Kröv, just over 10 years ago. Strength of expression, on top of Mosel purity, are the hallmarks of his winemaking style as it all happens in the vineyard. Markus does everything organically and the unique microclimate of the steep, Blue Devon slate slopes adds a distinctive flavour spectrum to his wines.
