Yabby Lake Cuvée Nina Rosé NV

Made in the traditional method, 85/15% chardonnay/pinot noir, whole-bunch pressed with only the cuvée (first/best juice from the press) used and while a NV, it appears the fruit is from ‘20. Dosage 7g/L and disgorged August ’21. An attractive pale copper pink, with flavours of strawberry shortcake and white peach. Finishes delightfully dry. Points: 90/100
