Fermented wild, basket pressed, no additives, Preservative Free. Fresh, well-structured, ripe but not overtly sweet in its flavour profile. This goes alright and then some. It’s a bit jubey and a bit plummy with clove and blueberry-like highlights. Nice. Good. Worth buying/drinking. Points: 90/100
