Aroma
A pleasant and explosive first nose, with aromas of fresh white-fleshed fruits and exotic fruits. Complex, it expresses notes of citrus, anise, lime blossom, honeysuckle,
acacia, and a slight minerality.
Appearance
Typical golden, bright dress with green nuances.
Palate
On the palate, we find the typical acid attack of Picpoul de Pinet accompanied by a beautiful structure, ample, pleasant, harmonious. The finish is long and exotic.
