The bouquet has lifted aromas of vanilla bean and wild thyme outfitted with red berry fruits and a savoury earthiness.
Palate
The palate has bright red cherry flavours interlaced with forest floor, cranberry and bramble nuances. The focused frame and toasty backbone are balanced with rounded tannins.
Vinification
Sourced from the Southern Valleys, this pinot noir went through fermentation in open top fermenters, with 15% whole bunch and was hand plunged. Aged with French oak.
