Good ripeness, fresh and crispy dry white wine.

Alcoholic fermentation 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in neutral demi-muids (4 wines).

Winemakers Comments

The Domaine has been working organically for several years and especially focusing on developing the biodiversity : hedges and trees plantations, a good fertilization management, development of the flora and the fauna in the vines… The vineyards reflect the rich diversity of the terroirs, from the gravelly terrace offering light and perfumed wines to the clay- calcareous slopes offering long keeping wines. Each plot produces small yields.

Region Notes

This magnificent parcel on the left bank of the Vienne, located in Anché, is a truly exceptional clay-limestone terroir for Chenin Blanc. It now covers just over 2 hectares. Average yield: 35 hl/ha, sometimes less.
