Winemakers Comments

The Domaine has been working organically for several years and especially focusing on developing the biodiversity : hedges and trees plantations, a good fertilization management, development of the flora and the fauna in the vines. The vineyards reflect the rich diversity of the terroirs, from the gravelly terrace offering light and perfumed wines to the clay- calcareous slopes offering long keeping wines. Each plot produces small yields.

From a smaller vineyard of chenin with cabernet franc seemingly the mainstay of this organic certified producer. Half in barrel, half in stainless for its pre-bottle maturing. Saline, lemony, fresh feeling. Delicious, pure and clean style, light on its feet. Licks of leafy herbs, some chalky mineral characters, a little pucker to finish, cool and refreshing throughout. Easy charm here. Points: 91/100
