Aroma
The nose is pleasant and explosive, with aromas of fresh white-fleshed fruits and exotic fruits. With aeration, it becomes more complex, expressing notes of citrus, anise, linden, honeysuckle, acacia, and a slight minerality.
Appearance
A typical golden, bright colour with green nuances.
Palate
On the palate, we find the acidic attack typical of Picpoul de Pinet accompanied by a beautiful, ample, pleasant, and harmonious structure. The finish is long and exotic.
Food Matching
Enjoy as an aperitif with a seafood platter or with fresh Pélardon cheese. Cooked oysters are also a great option alongside traditional Sète dishes such as tielle and stuffed mussels.
We also recommend grilled fish, macaronade with brageoles, cuttlefish rouille, sea bream with fennel, and monkfish bourride.
This Picpoul de Pinet from the Félines Jourdan estate also goes very well with sushi, scallops, lobster or crayfish.
