Located in the heart of the Maconnais, Domaine J.A. Ferret has been exploring Pouilly Fuissé's best terroirs since 1840. Pouilly Fuissé is the most geologically diverse appellation with fault lines, pronounced slopes and dramatic soil shifts. Domaine Ferret own 17 hectares across Pouilly Fuissé and are now in their second year of organic certification. Madame Jean Ferret was one of Burgundy's great matriarchs, producing rich, concentrated wines, but in recent years the trend is toward brighter and beautifully balanced interpretations of Pouilly Fuissé. Clément Robinet, former vineyard manager at Les Héritiers du Comte Lafon, joined as winemaker in 2023.
