In the Côte-d'Or it is hazelnut with a hint of honey, butter, bracken, spices and sugared chestnuts.

Sustainable viticulture, with processes of Organic viticulture. Handpicked harvest. Traditional fermentation on lees in stainless steel tanks during 6 months. No batonnage for delicate extraction.
