Aroma
The nose is expressive and fruit-forward with notes of stone fruit and citrus -peach, lemon, lime. A floral character follows gently in the background, mainly of lemon blossoms.
Appearance
Pale lemon colour.
Palate
Oily mouthfeel with powerful structure, while the bright acidity contributes to the balance and the long finish of the wine.
Vinification
Rigorous grape sorting by hand on conveyor belt. Whole bunch gentle yet long pressing. Vinification in stainless steel tank under controlled temperatures. At least 4-month lees aging and periodical stirring (bâtonnage) in the tank.
