Tasting Notes
Aroma
To the nose, its aromas suggest broom, white roses, acacia, honeysuckle, fern, verbena,
lemon-grass, and citrus fruits (grapefruit, mandarin oranges).
Maturation
Traditional fermentation on fine lees in stainless steel tanks and barrels during 6 to 7 months.
Appearance
The Chardonnay is the colour of yellow gold with gently glowing silvery or greenish highlights.
Palate
In the mouth, the finish adds nuances of pine, quince and fennel. This wine is fresh and luscious as well as dry and wellfruited. It has good concentration backed by sufficient acidity to ensure its keeping quality. It is full and smooth in character.

grape varieties: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The rigorous selection of vineyard origins (Such
as Ardèche, Haute Vallée de l’Hérault, Bugey, Burgundy, Limoux etc.) creates a vin de France
with a Burgundy style approach, unique, authentic with great finesse, . The delicate
expression of the fruit is enhanced by its great purity, freshness and good concentration.
