tribe! This Chenin Blanc is no wallflower. True to the
Fat Bastard style, this Chenin Blanc delivers hallmark
richness and depth, with a textured mouthfeel layered
with honey, apple and quince. Lifted by bright acidity, it
strikes a perfect balance of power and freshness, making
it endlessly drinkable.
Vintage Notes
2025 was defined by moderate temperatures and
favourable growing conditions throughout the season.
Dry conditions during ripening allowed for slow, even
maturation, preserving freshness while building flavour
concentration, structure, and balance. The resulting wines
showed vivid aromatics, excellent natural acidity, and
impressive depth.
