Tasting Notes

Aroma

Dark in tones, cocoa and chocolate hints, ripen raspberry, plums and peppery hints.

Maturation

The aging is conducted in 50hl large barrels of Fontainebleau Forest oak (from 18 to 36 months according to the vintage and the vineyard of provenience).

Palate

Savoury and juicy; delicious tannins and soft in the mid-palate.

Vinification

The fermentation lasts some 25 days according to the vintage with daily pumping over of the wine mass with dlestages at half of the period (fermentation in concrete tanks).

Exudes inviting aromas of berry fruit, floral and soy that segue to cherry, plum, earth and spice flavors allied to a sumptuous texture. This has a matrix of tannins for support and expands on the complex finish. Best from 2025 through 2042. Points: 93/100
