Palate
Mouthfilling, round, good freshness, intense minerality on the finish.
Vinification
The fermentation lasts some 15 days after a brief skin maceration (fermentation in stainless steel tanks). The aging is conducted in stainless steel tanks, spending 5 months sur lie with regular batonnages every week.
