Gary Walsh
White flowers, ginger, a little creamy, sourdough, citrus and fresh apricot. It’s light and lively, some citrus in with white peach, plenty of texture, frisky and limey acidity, with a chalky finish of excellent length. The flavour is there, though not overt, and it’s refreshing, complex, and most pleasingly, really good to drink. Excellent. Points: 94/100
