Pale straw with aromas of crunchy white peach, pear and grapefruit with hints of clotted cream, soft spice, white flowers, melon, stone, nougat and white pepper. The palate shows a real hazelnut nougat angle with a nice swoop of texture, clotted cream and a finish that has some pleasing minerality of softly spoken oak nuance allowing the stone and citrus fruits to speak clearly.
