I think this may be the most floral and enticing vintage of this wine I have seen. Star Jasmine, Freesia and cut green apples. There is lemon sorbet and juicy white nectarines too. Fruit is focused and in a superbly ripe state, this has been captured by the majority stainless steel preservation with a small portion (10%) of new French oak. The zeal continues with acres of acidity and the white stone fruit taking centre stage. Some almond milk creaminess and a touch of cold butter, this is a memorable wine of excellent value and length. For those that love the zing of citrus and deliberate drive of Yarra Valley Chardonnay. A fitting wine for crusty bread sweeping up creamy burrata and lemon oil. Points: 92/100
