In 2020, Elena Penna-Currado-Vietti delved into her family’s history creating ‘Langa Liquori’: small batch, premium quality liqueurs. Elena Gin is distilled in restored 18th century wood-fired pot stills in the traditional one-shot process. In 2021 Elena launched a Vermouth di Torino Superiore Rosso RAV18, an aromatised wine made from 75% Ravera MGA and 25% Roero Arneis. The wild mountain botanicals are hand harvested in Le Langhe, Alta Langhe and the Alps and the citrus peel and blossom are sourced from organic trees in Liguria. Equal care is taken in the selection of imported flavourings from Polynesia: rhubarb, cloves and vanilla.
