Vinification
Fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel
tanks to preserve as much as possible the fruit and
freshness.

Region Notes
The wines are made with 100% of Chardonnay grapes
aged in stainless steel vats. The Domaine is located near
Viré and Lugny, two of the famous villages of the
Mâconnais. The vineyard of the Domaine are located on
nice slopes looking upon the river « Saône ».
The Mâcon Villages area is located in the southern part of
Burgundy, close to the Beaujolais area. This appellation is
the largest of the Mâconnais area, covering about 2 500
ha of vineyards. Forty three villages have the right to
produce Mâcon Blanc Villages.
