Palate
Bold and full of flavour, this Shiraz bursts with ripe plum, dark cherry and
blackberry fruit. Notes of black pepper, vanilla and dark cocoa add warmth
and complexity, while a plush texture and smooth tannins lead to a long,
satisfying finish. You couldn’t get more McLaren Vale if you tried!
Vinification
Harvested at optimum ripeness and fermented on skins to build colour,
flavour and structure. Matured for six months in seasoned French and
American barriques, adding subtle spice and texture while preserving
vibrant fruit character. This wine is 14.5% alcohol.
