Ripe apple and black tea aromas.

Appearance

Lemon-yellow colour.

Palate

Fine acidity and generous body. Pear, nectarine and spicy flavours flow effortlessly across the palate. Vibrant and very pleasant.

Vinification

The Pinot Gris fruit was harvested entirely from the Estate at night using a selective destemming harvester. With 46% from Block 30 East bottom vineyard at 12.6 Be , 45% from Block 16 East bottom vineyard 12.6 Be and 8% Block 50 Gewurztraminer West vineyard at 12.5 Be. Pale straw, bright and youthful in the glass. Delicate aromas of pear drop, green apple, lemon and wet slate. Quite rich and powerful on the palate, baked pear, stewed apple, lemony acidity and a nice touch of textural grip. Long and flavoursome. Points: 91/100

A perfumed nose of pear, jasmine and wet stone. Full-bodied and quite intense. Rather mineral and savory, with a dry finish. Vegan. Drink now. Points: 90/100
