A certified organic single-vineyard chardonnay from the Nanny Goat Queensberry site. Light straw with flint-struck white nectarine, peach and citrus fruits cut with hints of crème fraîche, white flowers, crushed minerals, hazelnut, vanillin oak, grapefruit zest, light biscuity notes and riverstone. The palate shows some lovely detail and nutty, spiced oatmeal tones, with a long draw of flavour and a finely poised mineral cadence that drives the wine along beautifully. Points: 95/100
